The company's founder, Claudia Salowski, born 1974 in Marburg, Hesse (Germany), has more than ten years of professional experience within the industry. In addition to positions in Communications and Human Resources, she was Head of HR Staff Development at an international Biotech company with more than 9,000 employees worldwide.

Claudia holds certificates in training, alternative dispute resolution and business coaching and combines a theoretical and practical learning approach to her university lectures and seminars in Business Psychology, e.g. at Hochschule Fresenius, a company of Cognos AG, in Idstein, Germany.
